
Project Description: Four 1,865 SF Townhouse-style homes with common driveway using the Los Angeles Small Lot Subdivision ordinance (LAMC Section 12.22-C.27) which allows parcels with a residential zoning designation to be legally subdivided. Each townhouse occupies its own discreet parcel, and each is sold and financed as single-family home – no homeowner’s association. All homes include fenced, private yard space, a gated entry and secured, garaged parking.
Project Status: Construction nearing completion. Expected delivery is mid June, 2025.
