The Atherton
Project Description: The Atherton is a 9,855 SF modern farmhouse in the Silicone Valley area of California. In addition to the main house, the project includes two ADU’s (accessory dwelling units), one detached (1,180 SF), one semi-attached (1,040 SF) that serves as pool house, and a 498 SF junior ADU as part of the main house structure.
Project Status: Plan check completed in January 2025.
